You can register to events hosted by the Groups for which you are a member as well as events hosted by other Groups open to non-members.
Registering for Your Groups’ Events
To view and register for your Groups’ events, from the Yale Connect homepage, select My Groups in the left navigation. This will display the Groups page filtered to just the Groups for which you are a member.
Select the name of the Group to navigate to its home page.
Upcoming events will be displayed towards the bottom of the page as well as in the Events tab in the Group’s top navigation.
After clicking on an event, you’ll be taken to a page where you can select Register.
Once you’ve selected Register, a confirmation page will appear.
Registering for Other Events
Many Groups host events open to everyone. To view these events, select Events in the top navigation.
Use the filters at the top of the page to search for events by:
- Group, Group Type, or Group Tags
- Event Type or Event Tags
- Date
- Location
When you have found an event of interest, select Register to go to the event page. You must select Register again to confirm your registration.
Info: Events in which you can only select View are those in which registration is not open to you.
All events for which you are registered will appear under the My Events tab in the left navigation.
