All Group Officers are auto-added to the Group, "Yale Connect System Administrators and Groups Officers" (the system will sync your access within 24 hours). Once you have been added to this Group, you will have access to several Yale Connect trainings:

These trainings are available to help familiarize you with the University’s data policies and all the features available in Yale Connect as you manage your Group, including how to manage members, create events, send messages, and more. These trainings are always available to you via “My Checklists" in the left menu:
In addition to these trainings, Group Officers are welcome to submit a request to [email protected] for additional training and support.
